Free telephone consultation
Free phone consultation, a chance for you to find out in detail about the services I provide and to check whether we align to connect further.
Connecting £25
The opportunity for us to meet in person. Initial discussion around the type of birth you wish to have and how I will be able to help moving forward.
Birth plan session £30
Providing a birth plan template, signposting and discussing research for you to be able to make informed choices so you can develop your plan throughout your pregnancy.
Birth preparation £30
This includes breath work, meditation, visualisation, affirmation work, pregnancy exercises and optimal positioning for giving birth. Dealing with any fears you may have using practical and spiritual solutions.
Complete Doula package £600
Includes all sessions above with the added reassurance of being present at your birth. I am not a midwife and am not involved in any clinical side of the birth but I am with you to advocate the birth you are choosing. Included in this package is being ‘on call’ close to your due date and visiting after your babies arrival for any further emotional support.

Haze is a fantastic doula she is literally a dream package is best way I can describe!! On same wave length when you choose natural birth route. And just gets it.. Like serious gets it, is able to read in between the line and we get so much done is such a short space of time. She has been fab with understanding me and you get so much confidence from all the courage she gives you to follow your own intuition. Biggest cheerleader I have right now and therefore am able to stick up for myself against being forced into something I'm uncomfortable with as this was taken away from me when I had my first in such a valnerable situation hence this time round I've invested in doula. Great sense of humour and so much enthusiasm that it rubbed onto me since I carried so much fear from past experience and therefore we were able to work through it.
